Privacy Policy — EzCarPrts™

This policy explains what EzCarPrts™ (the “App”) collects, how we use it, and your choices. EzCarPrts™ connects a person who needs a car part (a “User”) with local parts suppliers, salvage yards, dealers, and shops (“Suppliers”) who can bid a price on that part. The App is a connection tool only.

1. Information we collect

You provide:

• Account details — your name and phone number, whether you signed up as a User or a Supplier, and your zip code so requests reach nearby Suppliers.
• Request content — the vehicle details you enter (year, make, model, mileage, engine cylinders, VIN), the part you need (category, part number, new/used and OEM/aftermarket preference), and any free-text description.
• Photos — if you choose to add them, photos of the part or the spot on the car where it goes. Adding photos is optional.
• Bid content — a Supplier's prices and notes.

Collected automatically: app version, device type, and basic usage/diagnostic data needed to operate and secure the App. We use your phone number for account verification.

2. How we use your information

• Create and manage your account.
• Show your part request to Suppliers in your area, and deliver their bids back to you.
• Verify your phone number and protect against fraud and abuse.
• Provide support and send service-related messages.
• Comply with legal obligations.

3. How we share your information — the privacy mask

• While Suppliers are bidding, they see your part request under a privacy mask: the vehicle and part details, but not your full name or phone number.
• Full contact details are exchanged only when you accept a bid — at that point you and that one Supplier can see each other's name and phone number so you can complete the deal directly.
• Your VIN and part details are shown to Suppliers only so they can match the correct part; they are never posted publicly outside the App.

We also share with service providers (hosting, SMS verification), for legal and safety reasons, and in a business transfer. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Photos are not saved

Photos you attach are used only to show Suppliers the part you need, alongside your request. They are not saved by us as a permanent collection — they exist only with the request they belong to and are removed with it. To have a photo removed sooner, delete the request in the App or contact us at mahaexpocorp@gmail.com.

5. Retention and deletion

Request and bid records are retained for up to 7 years for legal, safety, dispute, and record-keeping purposes, then deleted or de-identified. Deleting a request in the App removes it from your own view. To delete your account and associated data, see Delete Account or email mahaexpocorp@gmail.com.

6. Your choices

• Photos are optional — a part request works without them.
• You decide which Supplier's bid to accept; until then your contact details stay masked.
• You may request account deletion at any time.

7. Children

EzCarPrts™ is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

8. Changes

We may update this policy; the effective date above will change and material changes will be highlighted in the App.
